Growing up Norman Watts had a hard time making friends. The kids always picked on him and made fun of him. He was never apart of any click or group. There was this one girl Michelle who was nice to him one time when everyone else was making fun of him but as they got older Michelle started to space her self from Norman and eventually they had no contact. Years later Norman is now in his early 20’s, he is still not very popular and people still make fun of him almost on a daily basis. Norman decides to make a list of the people from his child hood that teased him and made his life hell and start killing them off one by one. As he starts to track them down in his home town Norman can’t seem to get anything right. Every time he tries to knock someone off on his list off they escape and he ends up getting hurt in some way. After a few weeks of trying he is about to give up when he is able to catch Michelle. As he is about to take her out she ask what has she ever done to him and he starts to remember back to his childhood and remembers that Michelle never really did any thing to him but it was the other people. So now Norman is confronted with the decision to either kill her or let her go. Norman has to work through his thoughts and feelings to decide what to do next.

Sound like something different, seeing a horror movie from a different perpective. Would not mind seeing it.
